What shipping methods do we offer?
We ship with Fedex, UPS, DHL, and the United States Postal Service. We will ship your order in the cheapest way possible. If you require expedited or overnight shipping, please call us. If you prefer one shipping carrier to another please specify in the note section on your order.
How much does shipping cost?
The amount we charge for shipping is exactly what the carrier charges us to ship. The shipping charge is based on dimensional weight, so larger items or heavier orders are generally more expensive to ship then smaller items, or lighter orders. If you're placing a larger order and need a more exact estimate on shipping, please call us. The website authorizes on the site for the continental United States. If in Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska we will sometimes have to collect payment for air or further shipments. Sometimes, orders with a larger mass may cost more than estimated shipping.
Who pays duties on international shipping?
The recipient is responsible for paying customs fees and import taxes, not the shipper. Customs and import taxes vary from country to country, and different countries charge different values for different types of products.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We generally expect your order to arrive within 8-10 business days if you are within the United States. If you haven't received your order within that time frame, please give us a call.
Why does my order say 'Estimated Shipping"?
Our website automatically provides a high estimate for shipping, any remaining shipping funds will be refunded to the payment method you provided with your order. If the estimated shipping is not sufficient to cover shipping costs, we will call and take a payment for the remaining balance over the phone, so please provide your phone number when placing your order.
Why does my order say 'Partially Fulfilled' or show unfulfilled items?
If an item in your order is marked 'UNFULFILLED" we are currently out-of-stock on that item, and it will not be fulfilled in the future. The cost of the item will be refunded to the payment method you used to place the order. We do our best to keep our website up to date with in-stock and out-of-stock items, but occasionally we run out of an item before it can be pulled for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to be notified of any out-of-stock items on your order, please leave a comment in the comment box stating that you would like to be notified of out-of-stock items on your order, along with a phone number.
Can I pick up my order?
We do allow pickup of online orders. If you would like to pick up your order, please select 'Pick Up' into the comment box along with the date and time that you would like to pick it up. For same day pick-up, please call us after placing your order. We print orders from the website once per day in the morning. If you place your order and need to pick up that same day, we may not see it. When placing a pickup order, the website will still estimate and hold the funds for shipping. These funds will be refunded to the payment method you used when placing the order.
SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY BY DEFAULT: Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. FedEx or UPS will deliver without a signature by default. If you would like to sign for your order, please request this. ITEMS THAT ARE VERIFIED BY FEDEX or UPS AS DELIVERED BUT DID NOT ARRIVE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO DEAL DIRECTLY WITH UPS or FEDEX. To avoid this, please request to sign upon delivery.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds usually take 1-3 business days to be returned to the payment method provided on your order, but this also depends on your financial institution.
